St James Street,Burnley

The renovation project at 123 – 125 St James Street, Burnley was carried out over a 10-month period and involved extensive works.

Works Carried Out

· New Bauder roof system
· patent glazing, and windows with secondary
glazing
· The original lead lights were carefully restored
· The parquet floor was also renovated
· New floor screeds were applied
· A complete strip out and full new installation of the mechanical and electrical systems throughout the building to the clients requirements
· all new fire doors were installed
· The exterior of the building underwent a ful refurbishment
· Doff cleaning
· Leadworks
· The entire interior was stripped back to shell and we carried out a full fit out
· New WC and washroom facilities were added.
· Lime mortar repointing was completed
· masonry indents and repairs
· New shop fronts were installed to enhance the
building’s exterior.
